Nikki Garcia has finally responded to a top AEW star who fired a shot at her.

Toni Storm has shown a lot of versatility after changing her gimmick to resemble a 1950s actress. This has also made her increasingly popular with fans and helped her capture the AEW Women's World Championship. During her title reign of 160 days, Storm has said and done several controversial things and her recent Instagram post about Garcia ranks among the highest.

After watching Mercedes Mone's debut on AEW, Nikki commented on social media saying it made her want to join the Tony Khan-led promotion. However, she decided against it because she wanted to spend more time with her child.

Storm took this as an opportunity to fire a shot at the former WWE star. Garcia quickly responded to Toni Storm's post on Instagram and mocked her.

"P**sy scented candle huh??," Garcia wrote.

Konnan feels that Nikki Garcia won't be able to help AEW

After Nikki Garcia's comments regarding considering joining AEW, the wrestling world has been speculating about the possibility of her moving to Tony Khan's promotion.

However, Konnan stated on his Keepin' It 100 podcast that Nikki moving to AEW will do little to boost ticket sales and viewership for the promotion as she is not as popular a name as some of the other stars like Mone.

“I think that maybe Tony [Khan] thinks that all right the diva show whatever it was called remember?…..They have followers, Mone has followers, this guy has….if we can get all their followers to come but that’s not happening, you know, I don’t know if they’re seeing the show and going what is this. But yeah, it’s not happening, you know, and so he’s going to bring Nikki [Bella] in another name that people recognize who will probably mean nothing in a month or less,” he said. [2:00 - 2:30]

It will be interesting to see if Nikki Garcia ever decides to join All Elite Wrestling in the future. The 40-year-old might be way past her prime, but she is a bona fide star and a two-time Divas Champion.
