Ric Flair is potentially done with AEW. The Nature Boy hasn't made any appearances for the promotion in months.

Last year, Tony Khan shocked the world when he announced that Ric Flair had joined his company. He presented The Nature Boy as a gift to Sting who had just announced his retirement plans. Flair was involved in Sting's retirement journey and made many appearances for the company during this time. His energy drink Wooo! Energy was advertised heavily during the show since they were one of the sponsors.
The Nature Boy was even involved in Sting's retirement match and even ate a Superkick from The Young Bucks. However, following this match, Flair has not been seen on AEW TV, and recently, the advertising boards for Wooo! Energy were removed. It was also previously reported that there were no creative plans for The Nature Boy for the time being.

Fightful Select is now confirming the partnership between All Elite Wrestling and Wooo! Energy has effectively come to an end. This sponsorship paid Flair for his appearances in Tony Khan's company and this means he is likely done with the promotion.
It makes sense that Ric Flair is done with AEW now that Sting has retired since the only reason he joined the promotion was to be part of The Icon's retirement.
