AEW has had a massive year so far. The company has put on several memorable shows and has signed popular names such as Josh Alexander, Megan Bayne, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, and more. The AEW World Title picture has been thriving as well. Jon Moxley won the championship nearly 250 days ago and does not intend to drop it anytime soon.
Interestingly, a certain All Elite Wrestling star recently teased challenging for Moxley's title. Max Caster, who was once a part of The Acclaimed, is now a solo competitor. His new 'Best Wrestler Alive' gimmick received a polarizing reception at first. However, he is gradually getting over with fans. Caster is one of the most entertaining members of All Elite Wrestling, but it can't be said if Tony Khan will give him a world title run.
Like every other wrestler on the roster, Caster also wants to hold gold. A few hours ago, The Platinum posted a picture of the AEW World Title with his current catchphrase in the caption.
"LETS 👏 GO 👏 MAX 👏 YOURE 👏 THE 👏 BEST 👏 WRESTLER 👏 A-LIVE."
Fans reacted to this post with optimism and support. Some genuinely want Caster to challenge for the world title. Meanwhile, others were happy to see the 35-year-old's character development. One fan compared Caster possibly winning the gold to The Miz capturing the WWE Title.

AEW star Max Caster calls Billy Gunn a bad influence
Max Caster's former faction, The Acclaimed, consisted of him, Anthony Bowens, and Billy Gunn. They split earlier this year, and according to the Best Wrestler Alive, the WWE Hall of Famer is responsible for their breakup. He said this on a digital exclusive a few months ago.
"Billy is a bad influence, has been since the '90s. But I just told it like it was, and as the captain and the leader of The Acclaimed, sometimes the captain’s gotta go down with the ship. I was going down with the ship," he said [H/T: Vice]
Max Caster is talented and will probably win singles gold someday. However, for now, he may have to wait for his turn.
