A top AEW star put their hands on Christopher Daniels moments ago at the Full Gear 2024 Pay-Per-View. They may be risking the possibility of potential sanctions, including a suspension.
"Hangman" Adam Page has been someone who has emerged with a much more unhinged demeanor this year. His constant disappointments and his feud with Swerve Strickland have changed him for the worse, as he is someone who has become unpredictable and dangerous.
Moments ago, he shockingly lost for the second time to Jay White after the latter again countered his moves into a Blade Runner for the win. Post-match, Page was clearly unsatisfied with the loss and jumped White on the entrance ramp.
Christopher Daniels quickly ran out to stop things from escalating, but due to the 33-year-old star being frustrated, the latter struck the AEW EVP right in the jaw. This could end up having repercussions as he has struck an authoritative figure directly appointed by Tony Khan.
"Hangman" Adam Page has a history of suspensions. At the AEW Revolution Pay-Per-View in March 2024, he consistently put his hands on the officials, and The Young Bucks had to suspend him for his actions. It remains to be seen whether the Jacksonville-based promotion will take some action against Page following the series of events.
