Two former WWE Superstars were brutally attacked by Lance Archer and The Righteous following a trios match on AEW Collision. An update about FTR's condition was released after the assault.

Bryan Danielson revealed that following the attack he and FTR received at the hands of Lance Archer and The Righteous, Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood were not cleared for next week's Dynamite. He did not comment on the duo's status for Double or Nothing 2024. Hence, they will likely compete in the Anarchy in the Arena match on May 26.

The American Dragon further disclosed that he was still cleared for action and was aiming to exact revenge on The Elite on Dynamite. The Young Bucks, Jack Perry, and Kazuchika Okada have attacked many top names, including Tony Khan, in recent weeks. As a result, they have a massive target on their backs.

Later in the show, Sonjay Dutt was interviewed backstage, and he revealed that he spoke to The Elite and made an arrangement. Dutt mentioned that Bryan Danielson was booked to take on Satnam Singh on the upcoming edition of AEW Dynamite.

It seems that The Elite is pulling out all the stops to ensure Team AEW doesn't make it to Double or Nothing, or its members are at least not fully fit heading into the match.
