Popular AEW duo to split up at Summer Blockbuster after a shocking betrayal? Exploring the possibility

AEW Summer Blockbuster is setting up to be a stacked show. Tay Melo and Anna Jay are also set to team up for the first time in 2 years to face Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford on the show. However, there is a chance the two might split up at the show after Tay attacks Jay following a potential loss.

Tay Melo and Anna Jay have been teaming together since 2020. TayJay participated in the inaugural AEW Women's Tag Team Cup Tournament but lost in the semi-finals. The two also have a history of feuding with Penelope Ford in the past.

During last week's episode of Dynamite, Tay made her long-awaited return by saving Anna from an attack by Penelope and Megan. This led to a match being announced between the two teams for Summer Blockbuster.

However, there is a big chance that TayJay might lose the match, and following that, Melo could attack Jay. This could also set up a blood feud between the two that could end in a match at All In Texas. While this is just a possibility, it will be interesting to see if these two can work together after so long.

Tiffany Stratton reacts after Tay Melo returns to AEW after two years

WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton recently interacted with former WWE Superstar Tay Melo, who made her return to All Elite Wrestling after nearly two years.

She recently commented on Melo's post after she made her AEW return on last week's Fyter Fest edition of Dynamite.

Stratton took notice of Tay's post and then went on to leave a one-word compliment:
