WWE will be featuring wrestling legend Goldberg on its upcoming July 12 show that is supposed to go head-to-head with AEW All In : Texas. The former WCW champion has already generated a lot of hype for his upcoming match by showing up on this week's Monday Night RAW and challenging a top World Champion. Tony Khan could try to counter the veteran's return by bringing one of his own company's powerhouses back on television - the latter being none other than Wardlow.

The June 16 edition of WWE RAW aired a segment featuring newly-crowned World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, who disregarded rumors of a potential showdown with Bill Goldberg and sent a message to 2025 Money in The Bank winner Seth Rollins. However, the 58-year-old legend surprised The Ring General by disrupting his address, and informed the latter that they will lock horns on Saturday Night's Main Event on July 12, set to emanate from Atlanta, Georgia.

AEW, of course, will be presenting its highly-anticipated stadium show, All In : Texas, on the same date as the aforementioned edition of SNME. Goldberg's appearance and announcement on this week's RAW has no doubt heightened the WWE Universe's excitement over his upcoming match with Gunther, and over the event in general. This could prompt All Elite CEO Tony Khan to do the same for All In 2025 by bringing back a long-absent fan-favorite to television - Wardlow.

Mr. Mayhem has been missing from action since failing to dethrone Samoa Joe for the AEW World Championship at last year's Dynamite : Big Business. He has been gone from All Elite Wrestling programming for well over a year, leading to speculations regarding his status in the company. A recent report revealed that Wardlow will appear as a contestant on Amazon's reboot of the renowned athletics game-show, American Gladiators. Provided that there are no clashes in filming schedules, TK could book the former TNT Champion to return on one of AEW's weekly programs soon.

Wardlow's comeback could, in turn, serve to set up a major angle or even a matchup for All In : Texas. However, such a storyline is entirely speculative at this point, considering the lack of information available on The War Dog's immediate schedule.

Matches announced for AEW All In 2025

AEW will be hosting this year's edition of All In at the Globe Life Field stadium in Arlington, Texas next month. Although the full card for the show is still taking shape, three blockbuster title matches have already been announced for the pay-per-view.

  • Hangman Adam Page vs Jon Moxley (c) [for the All Elite Wrestling World Championship]

It remains to be seen what else Tony Khan and company have planned for All In 2025.
