Given that the album holds a lot of significance to the group since it might be their last one before the members' military enlistment, the consistent recognition they've been receiving for their comeback has left both fans and the members emotional.

After receiving the award, the leader of NCT 127, Taeyong, gave a short speech and dedicated part of it to his fellow member, Taeil, who couldn't participate in the album's promotions due to his recent motorcycle accident.

"Are you watching Taeil hyung? We've got first place today," he said.

On August 15, SM Entertainment announced that NCT 127's main vocalist, Taeil had fractured his right thigh after he met with an accident on his motorcycle ride back home from work. As the idol was required to undergo surgery and follow it up with sufficient rest for recovery, he couldn't be part of the group's recent album promotions.

This made fans emotional considering the significance of the album, which is their last release before their military enlistment. The title was also important to Taeil, given that the idol is the eldest in the group and is only months away from the age limit for military enlistment, 30. While official information about the same has not been released yet, he will most likely be the first one departing for his military service.

Therefore, his absence from the promotions left many fans and the NCT 127 members heavy-hearted. The group's fifth album, Fact Check, has proved to be quite successful and has garnered great appreciation and enthusiasm from the masses.
