The voice actor is an industry professional who started his career in the 1970s. Known for his shrill and piercing voice, he is mostly featured as the voice of old men.

He has the designation of C (The Compulsory) in Yhwach's army, and received his fighting debut in episode 8, where it was also revealed that he is the Left Hand of the Soul King. Although he remains silent, he speaks against the battle with Mayuri.

Pernida Parnkgjas was created thousands of years ago when the Soul King's body was dismembered. Despite being associated with the Soul King, he joined the side of the Quincies when Yhwach freed him using The Almighty. Even though the Bleach TYBW character might look like a child, he has a grown-up voice, and that voice belongs to Bin Shimada.

Bin Shimada (Real Name: Shimada Satoshi) is a professional Japanese voice actor who currently belongs to the Aoni Productions talent agency, formerly a part of the Theatre Echo agency. Known for his piercing yet mature voice, he started his career in the 1970s, and his first voice-casting role was Yuger from The Guardian of Space. It was not until a few decades later that he started receiving roles in some well-known series.

In Dragon Ball Z: Movie 8, the Bleach TYBW voice actor voiced Broly, one of the fan-favorite characters from the series. Broly was an emotionally unstable character who couldn't control his feelings or powers.
