Favourites for Asian Games 2018 Archery

Going into the 2018 Asian Games, South Korea will be the clear favourite to grab the maximum number of gold medals in Archery.

South Korea's Kim Woojin and Lee Woo Seok will be the favourite to win the men's individual recurve Archery. They will team up to win the gold medal in the men's recurve team event after a disappointing bronze medal in the 2014 Incheon Games.

With fielding two previous Asian Games gold medal winners Chang Hye-jin and Jung Dasomi, South Korea will be the favourite to win the women's recurve team. The current world number one Chang Hye-jin is also expected to better her last edition’s silver-winning performance in the women's individual recurve event.

With mixed team event adding to both recurve and compound categories, South Korea will be the favourite to clinch the gold medal in both events.
