New York Yankees Introduce Aaron Boone As Manager

The New York Yankees were a win away from going to the World Series this offseason. They acquired Giancarlo Stanton from the Miami Marlins and they made Aaron Boone their new manager. If you are the Yankees, why not get another solid clubhouse guy and make Boone's life as easy as possible in his first season?

It looks like the Yankees aren't going to resign Todd Frazier, and Chase Headley isn't a good option at third base. The Yankees like Miguel Andujar a lot in their system to play third base this season, but Harrison would be a good role model for this team. I'd trade for Harrison and give up third baseman Miguel Andujar (#5 Yankees prospect according to MLB.com), outfielder Clint Frazier, and right-handed pitcher Jonathan Loaisiga (#26 Yankees prospect according to MLB.com).

Andujar played in five games last season with the Yankees and his batting average was .571 with zero home runs and 4 RBIs, along with a stolen base. In 125 games in the minors last season, his batting average was .315 with 16 home runs and 82 RBIs, along with five stolen bases. He is also a very good fielder.

In 39 games with the Yankees last season, Frazier's batting average was .231 with four home runs and 17 RBIs, along with one stolen base. In 74 games in the minors, his batting average was .256 with 12 home runs and 42 RBIs, along with nine stolen bases. A log jam in the Yankees outfield would most likely move Frazier.

Loaisiga's record in the minors last season was 1-1 with a 1.38 ERA. In 32.2 innings pitched, he gave up 17 hits and seven runs. Loaisiga walked three batters and struck out 33.
