Alex Rodriguez was seen deep in conversation with his new flame Jaclyn Cordero at the second annual Cash App & Visa h.wood Homecoming pop-up event on Friday. It was held in Arizona ahead of Super Bowl LVII, which will be played today between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.

Rodriguez has found a new partner, the second one he has had since his engagement to Jennifer Lopez fell through. He dated Kathryne Padgette briefly before meeting Cordero.

These two may be a perfect match. According to PEOPLE, one source said:

"She may be as strict about her own regimen as he is. Alex and Jaclyn are both fitness obsessed and into exercise and body building."

This is important for Rodriguez, who prefers to date people who are at least somewhat into fitness. That's a big part of his life and he likes his partners to share that with him.

They are both parents of their own already, something they share in common. The same source said:

"I think she is serious about him. I don't see Alex getting terribly serious about anyone now...he seems to be happy for the moment."

It may be tough for Rodriguez to really commit to someone right now after his public failure with Lopez, but he does seem to be content and enjoying his relationship with Cordero, who he was inseparable from on Friday.

Is Alex Rodriguez going to get into the Hall of Fame?

Alex Rodriguez had one of the best MLB careers of all time. Playing with the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers and New York Yankees, he amassed a Hall of Fame worthy career of statistics and accolades.

Unfortunately, it is heavily tainted by steroid use and his handling of that entire situation. In the eyes of the baseball world, Rodriguez isn't an all-time player- he's a villain.

On his second stint on the ballot, Rodriguez earned 34.3 votes. With eight more chances to get 75% voting, it may be tough for Rodriguez to make up the gap. Time likely won't make voters forget about his steroid use, so he may be left off forever.
