Toronto Blue Jays starter Alex Manoah threw a terrific game on Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles. He was mowing hitters down through the first five innings and would have gone deeper into the game if it wasn't for his manager's mistake.Blue Jays manager John Schneider forgot that pitching coach Pete Walker visited Manoah on the mound early in the sixth inning.
