Houston Astros starting pitcher Spencer Arrighetti and the rest of the bullpen relievers steamrolled past the Baltimore Orioles in the series opener at Camden Yards on Thursday night.
With their latest win, the Astros have now won nine straight away games in the league. Two road victories against the Texas Rangers kicked off this winning run, followed by consecutive series sweeps against the Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Rays, taking their tally to eight wins before Thursday's game.

Astros fans were in jubilation with the emphatic series-opening win against the incumbent AL East champions and showered their praise on Spencer Arrighetti for providing the ballclub with an amazing start on Thursday night.
Here's a look at some of the reactions from fans on X/Twitter:
"Arriggetti becoming another weapon in the rotation," one fan commented
"Spaghetti Arrighetti served his special K sauce this evening," another fan said.
"Cooking spaghetti tonight baby let’s gooooo," one fan added.
Spencer Arrighetti pitched six innings, giving up no runs on three hits, walking one, and striking out six batters in his start against the Orioles. Relievers Shawn Dubin and Caleb Ferguson surrendered no hits in the final three innings of the game and helped Houston win the tie 6-0.
Fans didn't hold back from voicing their praise for the ballclub's dominant run and the overall mighty production as a unit this season:
"Damn. Astros pitchers were on one tonight," one fan said.
"Wow, that's a dominant performance from the Astros! Three hits and a shutout on the road? That's impressive," another fan commented
"Can we play the remaining games on the road," one fan said.
Arrighetti picked up just the fifth win of his campaign, complete with 11 losses and an exorbitant ERA of 5.20. However, the Houston bullpen and offense have come up big in intervals, which has helped the side to a 69-58 record and acquire top spot in the AL West standings.
Astros will hope for yet another on-the-road series win this season
The Houston Astros will hope to keep their dominant road game-winning streak alive as the four-game series against the Orioles still has three games left. Baltimore will do everything in its power to avoid a series defeat at home as the series continues at Camden Yards on Friday night.
Houston's Hunter Brown (11-7) will be up against the Orioles' Cade Povich (1-6) on Friday.
