Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman's wife, Chelsea, is reveling in glory after her husband's World Series triumph against the New York Yankees in October.
Chelsea Freeman, who was a feature in all of the Dodgers' postseason games, including the Fall Classic, shared her outfits from the World Series games in her Instagram story.
She featured her outfits from each gameday of the series. She paired a Dodgers jersey with jeans for the World Series opener at Dodger Stadium. Chelsea also shared her outfit from the World Series parade.
While Chelsea Freeman shared her outfits from the World Series games, she wasn't the only one cheering for her husband Freddie, as their three sons, Charlie, Brandon and Maxim, were also at the ballparks to root for the Dodgers All-Star.
Freddie Freeman's wife, Chelsea, reflects on Dodgers stars' World Series despite shortcomings
Freddie Freeman laid a historic mark in the World Series after registering a home run in six consecutive Fall Classic games, four this year and two from his previous two games with the Atlanta Braves in 2021. Freeman was named the World Series MVP for his record-setting output in the Dodgers' World Series triumph.
It wasn't a smooth sailing run through to the World Series for Freeman, though, as he and his family dealt with the sensitivity issue of their youngest son Max's ailment. Max was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome in August. The Dodgers first baseman also sustained an ankle injury leading up to the postseason but played through it.
Chelsea reflected on her husband's World Series run in an interview with "Good Morning America" ahead of Game 5:
"The craziest thing is that he's hurt right now, so he's playing with a sprained ankle, and he had a fractured finger and all these other things. So our standards were very low. The fact that he's played as incredibly well as he is is just like an absolute miracle. It's really hard to even have words for the things that he's doing."
Freddie Freeman's wife also shared the moment when their sons watched their father become the first player in history to hit a walk-off grand slam in a World Series clash during Game 1 at Dodger Stadium.
