Michael Kopech and his wife Morgan (nee Eudy) Kopech have ridden off into the sunset to enjoy their honeymoon after tying the knot in December 2023. The couple, who are parents to son, Vander, and daughter, Clover, are in Saint Lucia's Ladera Resort, enjoying beaches and serenading views of the Carribean sea.
Kopech also shares a son with his ex-wife and Canadian actress Vanessa Morgan. The former couple tied the knot in Jan. 2020 before divorcing in June, just a few days after Vanessa had announced expecting a baby. Their son, River, was born in Jan. 2021.
The couple's Caribbean vacation doesn't involve their kids. On Friday, Morgan shared romantic snaps from their vacation. It came along with a lengthy caption, explaining how much they are enjoying there before acknowledging that they are missing their kids.
"We woke up early every day of our vacation lol .. but it was fun! We took mud baths in water heated by an active volcano, went zip lining for the first time ever in a rainforest, took a sunset cruise, rode horses in the most beautiful place, hiked to the second highest peak on the island (and it kicked my butt), visited the local botanical gardens, and marveled at the wonders of God over and over again 🤍 it was so hard leaving the kids. The mom guilt was XL, but I’m glad we did it," she wrote in her caption.
Michael Kopech's wife Morgan had an "unforgettable honeymoon" in Saint Lucia
Earlier on Thanksgiving Day, Michael Kopech's wife Morgan uploaded another series of photos where they were seen enjoying out there under the sun. The couple posted pics dressed up in all white.
"Had the most unforgettable honeymoon at the most incredible place with the world’s best and kindest staff 🤍 thank you @laderaresort for making us feel so special! 🤍 we will forever cherish the time we spent together here!," she wrote in her caption.
The "unforgettable honeymoon" followed a successful year for Michael Kopech, who won his first World Series with the LA Dodgers in 2024. The right hander was 1-0 with an ERA of 3.00 and 10 strikeouts in 10 appearances in the 2024 postseason.
