#1. Cole Ragans: Over 6.5 -140

With 166 strikeouts this season, Kansas City Royals starter Cole Ragans leads his club and ranks sixth in MLB in the K department. Over his last two starts, Ragan has allowed just three earned runs in 12 innings, amassing 13 strikeouts in that period.

#2. Ronel Blanco: Over 6.5 -110

Despite the fact that he is only making $750,000 this season, Ronel Blanco's 3.02 ERA is the lowest on the Houston Astros' rotation this season. Now 9-6 on the season, Blanco has been tremendously successful at keeping his pitches out of play. In addition to his 1.047 WHIP figure, Blanco's 5.9 hits per nine innings value is the lowest among qualified MLB pitchers this year.

With a team ERA of just 3.48 this season, no team has surrendered fewer runs than the Seattle Mariners. On their outstanding rotation, Bryan Woo's 2.27 ERA ranks first, lower than that of Luis Castillo and Logan Gilbert.
