"My daughters surprised me at the game," A-Rod wrote. "I could not believe it! Ella and @thenatasharodriguez you two got me so good ❤️"

Despite Alex Rodriguez being on the road to support the Timberwolves, it was not enough, as Minnesota has now dropped three straight games and is now one game away from shattering their NBA championship dreams.

The Dallas Mavericks won Game 1 and 2 by the barest of margins and Game 3 was even worse for Timberwolves. The final score, 116-107, was on back of some impressive performance coming in from Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, as the duo scored 33 points each to lead the Mavs to victory.

As for the Wolves, Anthony Edwards had 26 points but lacked support from his teammates. Karl-Anthony Towns struggled from the 3-point line, with him making zero buckets on eight attempts.

They now need to win four straight if they want to continue their NBA championship dreams.

On the business front, Alex Rodriguez and his partner Marc Lore are facing ownership conflict with majority owner Glen Taylor, who dismissed the agreement of 40% ownership transfer due to delayed payments.

According to Forbes, a $600 million payment was required to close the deal in March. However, A-Rod and Lore have submitted the required paperwork to league office to trigger a 90-day extension for the payment.

According to lawyers in knowledge about the case, Rodriguez and his partner have a compelling case which is now going to arbitration to decide the way forward.
