Atlanta Braves superstar Ronald Acuna Jr. is among the most athletically gifted baseball players ever. Acuna Jr.'s wife, Maria Laborde, is not far behind, and she values health as much as her husband.

Acuna Jr. missed most of the 2024 season due to injury and returned this season. His wife also suffered a minor knee injury, which forced her to stay out of the gym.

Laborde has since returned to the gym after the hiatus. On Tuesday, she posted a video on Instagram showcasing her workouts.

“My knee forced me to take a vacation from the gym... but we're back and more eager than ever 😂💪🏼 she's not stopping me for long either! ” she captioned the post (translated to English from Spanish)

The video began with Acuna Jr.'s wife leaving her home and entering her car, and it quickly shifted to her working out on an exercise bike. Wearing a one-piece dark blue bodycon workout outfit, Laborde showed off her fit physique after the bike exercise.

After that, she worked on her calves, followed by stationary lunges. Another calf exercise followed, but this time with a stepper.

She completed her workout with dynamic squats, first with a barbell and then with dumbbells. Following bodyweight squats, Acuna Jr.'s wife used leg extensions and the hip abductor machine to finish her workout for the day.

The video ended with Laborde flexing her biceps in front of a mirror.

While Ronald Acuna Jr is busy in the ballpark trying to elevate the Braves, who are having a tough time, his wife, Maria Laborde, is grinding in the gym. On Wednesday, she shared three Instagram stories from the gym.

The first one was a mirror selfie. Laborde wore a black bodycon one-piece outfit with long white Nike socks and shoes.

The second was a video, showing Laborde flexing her biceps.

The third Instagram story was also a video. It showed Ronald Acuna Jr.'s wife engaging in several workouts. Beginning with a ride on the exercise bike, Acuna Jr.'s wife did flexibility exercises, squats, and lunges.

"Motivation is a feeling. But...Discipline is a habit," she captioned the post.
