When former Yankees star Alex Rodriguez seethed over Madison Lecroy's refusal to Facetime him

Former New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez is controversy's favorite child.

He is once again in the news after "Southern Charm" star Madison LeCroy appeared on the Pillows And Beer podcast and spilled the secret about his advances while the former shortstop was still engaged to pop star Jennifer Lopez.

Scandalous, indeed.

Madison LeCroy attracted significant media attention in early 2021 due to her involvement with Alex Rodriguez. It was reported that LeCroy and Rodriguez had been in communication, but the details and nature of their relationship remained speculative and subject to rumors.

Back then, LeCroy denied any physical involvement with A-ROD, maintaining that their interactions were limited to only DMs.

Now, two years down the line, Madison is letting the cat out of the bag.

“I’m being f–king catfished. The dude who’s dating [Jennifer Lopez] is not in my DMs right now," LeCroy recalled contemplating.

She added:

“I told [Rodriguez], I said, ‘If you’re looking for a side chick,’ which clearly he was, ‘it wasn’t gonna be me.’ I’m wifey material.”

The podcast host, Austen Kroll who happens to be the Southern Charm fame's ex, chipped in saying:

“He kept on FaceTiming you ad nauseam,” Kroll interjected. “You were like, ‘This motherf–ker’s FaceTimed me three or four times today.’ And then he, like, got mad at Madison because she didn’t answer when she was on the boat or something. And she was like, ‘I’m not at your beck and call.’”

Unlike last time, Rodriguez's spokesperson, Ron Berkowitz decided to respond to all these claims.

Berkowitz mentioned how Madison is trying to garner attention with false narratives.

Two months after Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy spilled the beans about her conversation with Alex Rodriguez, the former New York Yankees star and his ex-fiancee, Jennifer Lopez called it quits.

The pair released a joint statement, ending their high-profile relationship.

"We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support," conveyed Rodriguez and Lopez revealing exclusively to TODAY.

Cut to 2023, Alex is dating Canada-based fitness influencer, Jaclyn Cordeiro.

While Jennifer Lopez is married to Ben Affleck.
