BGMI India vs Korea International 2023: Prize pool distribution revealed

During the opening day, Krafton unveiled the full prize pool distribution for the BGMI India vs Korea International 2023. The first-ever battle between the two countries offers a humongous prize pool of ₹1 crore. The eight best Indian squads are colliding with the eight best South Korean teams in the tournament. A total of 15 games will be conducted between these teams to determine the crown champion.

The grand BGMI competition is being hosted at the Hall No-14, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. It began on October 26 and will run until October 28. The winning squad of this Invitational contest will go home with a huge cash prize of ₹40 lakhs. The second and third-best performers will ensure 20 lakhs and 10 lakhs to their respective names.

  • 2nd Place - ₹20,00,000
  • 3rd Place - ₹10,00,000
  • 4th Place - ₹5,00,000
  • 5th Place - ₹3,00,000

  • 7th Place - ₹2,00,000
  • 8th Place - ₹2,00,000
  • 9th Place - ₹1,50,000

There are also two individual awards for the best-performing player and the best in-game leader:

During the opening day, chief guests, such as South Korea ambassador to India Chang Jae-bok, Krafton India head Sean Hyunil Sohn, CEO of Invest India Nivruti Rai, and Piyush Jain, were present at the venue.

The BGMI Invitational event is being broadcast on Krafton India Esports' YouTube channel and Jio Cinema in three different languages: Hindi, English, and Korean. Fans are also welcome to attend the event at the venue to cheer for their favorite teams and enjoy the live event.

India's Gladiators Esports has recently claimed the BGIS 2023 title and will aim to maintain their supremacy in this ongoing BGMI event. On the other hand, Korea's Dplus is a wildly popular and successful squad, as the roster has demonstrated their masterclass many times in major tournaments.
