Ayoka Lee is a college basketball player representing the Kansas State Wildcats in the Big 12 Conference as of April 2025. According to the Kansas State Wildcats' official website, Lee missed her first season because of an injury in 2018 and started her career with the Wildcats in the 2019 season, playing 29 games. During her freshman season, Lee was selected to the All-Big 12 First Team and named the USBWA National Freshman of the Week twice, the Big 12 Freshman of the Year, and the unanimous Big 12 All-Freshman Team, among other awards.
