The NC State Wolfpack women's basketball team represents North Carolina State University and competes in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The team has made appearances in 33 NCAA Tournaments and reached the Final Four only twice, as of March 2025. The team plays at Reynolds Coliseum in Raleigh, North Carolina and is nicknamed as "Wolfpack Women".

Wes Moore is the NC State Wolfpack women's basketball team's head coach, as of March 2025. Moore joined as the Wolfpack's head coach in 2013 following a 15-year spell with the Chattanooga Mocs women's team. He led the Mocs to 12 Southern Conference regular season titles and nine NCAA Tournament appearances. Before his stint at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, he made head coaching stops at Francis Marion University and Maryville College. Moore began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Associate Head Coach
Nikki West joined the NC State Wolfpack women's basketball team as an assistant coach in 2020. She got promoted to the role of associate head coach ahead of the 2022-23 campaign. Earlier, West spent five years (2013-2018) on the Wolfpack staff.
Assistant Coaches
Brittany Morris, Ashley Williams, Houston Fancher, and Kevin Leatherwood are the four NC State Wolfpack women's basketball assistant coaches.
Morris joined the NC State women's basketball team's coaching staff in 2021 and previously spent one lone season at East Carolina as an assistant coach. Williams, on the other hand, joined Wes Moore's coaching staff in the summer of 2022 after spending two seasons at Indiana as an assistant coach. Fancher joined the Wolfpack in 2018 as the Director of Player Operations and got promoted to the assistant coaching role during the 2023/24 season. Leatherwood joined the team in 2023 and made coaching stops at Navy, Georgia State, and Hampden-Sydney before coming to Raleigh.
