KK Arnold and Chloe Kitts' participation in the Overtime Select Takeover event comes two months after the pair locked horns in the national championship game. Arnold helped the UConn Huskies end their nine-year title drought, scoring nine points and issuing three dimes in the 82-59 victory over South Carolina. She made all three of her field-goal attempts and went 3-for-5 from the charity stripe.
Kitts had a rough offensive night in the final of the 2025 NCAA Women's Tournament. She finished with nine points, shooting 3-for-11 from the field. She also grabbed six boards and dished out one assist for the Gamecocks, who fell short in their bid to capture back-to-back NCAA titles.
How JuJu Watkins fared in her coaching showdown with Flau'jae Johnson in the Overtime event
Fans of JuJu Watkins were delighted to see the USC star back on the court after she suffered a season-ending knee injury in the 2025 NCAA Tournament. She had a different role this time, with Watkins making her coaching debut against LSU star Flau'jae Johnson in the Overtime Next Up 5s event.

Team JuJu registered an 80-64 victory over Team Flau'jae. Kaleena Smith starred for Team JuJu in the basketball extravaganza, posting a 40-point double-double in the win. Her stellar performance was recognized as she was named the Most Valuable Player.
