Although Zimbabwe is not the strongest of cricketing nations, credit has to be given to Pakistan for the way they played this match. During the 5th ODI of Pakistan’s tour of Zimbabwe, Pakistan won the toss and made the wise decision to bat first.

Pakistan played to their strengths from the very first over of the match. Both their openers Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar Zaman got off to aggressive starts and soon piled on a massive 168-run partnership.
After the dismissal of Zaman, Babar Azam soon joined Imam-ul-Haq and two showed no desire to stop the flow of runs. Both of them reached their centuries quickly while Pakistan reached a total of 364/4.
Zimbabwe, on the other hand, did not even try to fight back and decided to play out their 50 overs. They scored 233/4 and lost the match by 131 runs.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
