Ravi Rampaul, the West Indian right-arm speedster, has always had a successful outing while playing against India. The fact that Rampaul has made Virat his bunny 6 times in his career speaks volumes of the talent and skill the paceman possesses.

Ravi got the better of Virat the first time in March 2011 in the first innings of the Chennai ODI of Group matches of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, where he bowled Virat on 59.

Among the remaining 5 dismissals, 4 have been taken in India (Vizag - twice, Kanpur and Delhi), while the only time he has dismissed Virat outside of India has been in the Port of Spain in June 2011 at the 1st ODI of India's tour of West Indies.

The latest dismissal was in the 2nd ODI (D/N) of the West Indies tour of India at Delhi in October 2014, where he was caught by Marlon Samuels on 62.

Since then there have been multiple occasions where India has faced the Windies including the recently concluded ODI series, while Virat has been a part of almost all matches, Ravi played his last ODI for the West Indies national side in 2015.
