Suresh Raina scored a Test century on debut against Sri Lanka at Colombo in 2010. Despite such a promising start to his career, Raina has now faded into oblivion as far as his chances of getting selected into the Test team are concerned.

His weakness against short pitch bowling as well as edging the outswinger has certainly been a roadblock for him in Test cricket. In 31 innings, Raina has managed to score just 768 runs at an average of 26.48. Hence, the stats show that he has had a poor Test career.

It is highly unlikely that Raina will ever get to play Test cricket for India again.
