Colin Munro is one of the greatest cricketers from New Zealand. He is a part of the squad since 2016. He is the first batsman to score 3 T20I hundreds till now. He is a destructive and entertaining batsman from Auckland. He has a record of the 2nd fastest T20I half-century against Sri Lanka.

Kevin O'Brien was the first associate player to play for Red Steel. He was a part of The Red Steel squad till 2014. He was the first Irish cricketer to score a century for Ireland in its first test. He scored the fastest century in the World Cup in 50 balls and defeated England in 2011. He was ICC Associate Player of the Year 2013.
