Although the Indian side dominated the Adelaide Test on most of the occasions, the match turned out to be quite interesting in the last few moments of the game. Australia needed 74 runs to win the Test match when the 9th wicket fell.

The game seemed in India's pocket and was expected to be finished in a few balls. But the tables turned as the 11th batsman Josh Hazlewood built an inspiring partnership with the 10th batsman Nathan Lyon. This 42-run partnership almost gave a mini heart attack to the Indian fans as the Indian bowlers seemed frustrated and tired and the tailenders were toiling hard to win the match. But finally, Ravi Ashwin bowled a Jaffa which was completely misjudged by Josh Hazlewood ensured India a historic win.

The Indian-coach Ravi Shastri spoke about this nail-biting finish after the game. The commentator-turned-coach has been known for his hilarious style of speech and he didn't disappoint.

While appropriately describing the situation in a funny manner, he went on to say, “Sach bole to Goti muh mein aa gaye the (To be honest, we almost had balls in our mouth).” This left the social media users in a split as they all trolled as well as appreciated Shastri's fearlessness.
