Jos Buttler got England off to a great start once again. He went after the Indian bowlers from the very first over and was successful. However, he failed to convert his excellent start into a big score as he was dismissed for 34 in just 21 deliveries.
However, it was Jason Roy who was the more destructive one. He did not get much strike in the first couple of overs but took off soon after that and tore into the Indian bowlers. He top-scored for the English side as he scored 67 in just 31 deliveries with four fours and seven sixes to his name.
