Newly-appointed ECB director of cricket Andrew Strauss in a press conference, yesterday, confirmed that Kevin Pietersen will not represent the English cricket team this summer due to “trust issues”. There was a lot of outrage on social media over the decision as various sportspersons including the likes of Andy Murray and Kumar Sangakkara expressed their disappointment with the decision.
