ICC World Cup 2019: India's ideal bowling line-up

The Indian bowlers will have a huge say in the team's chances at the World Cup

#3 Yuzvendra Chahal

2nd Momentum ODI: South Africa v India
He performed beautifully for India during the South Africa tour at the beginning of this year

India's limited overs specialist spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal recently completed the 50-wicket mark in ODI cricket. He made his ODI debut for India during the 2016 Zimbabwe tour and went on to perform well in the series.

Though with the spin duo of Ashwin and Jadeja having already sealed the spot in the team, Chahal had to wait in spite of the good maiden show. Nonetheless, as soon as he played some consecutive games for India, he made sure to cement his place.

He performed beautifully for India during the South Africa tour at the beginning of this year. Despite the wickets over there not offering much for spinners, the leg-spinner finished the six-match series with 18 wickets.

Chahal is currently one of India's mainstream spin bowlers. His good reign in the foreign tours reflects that he would be the go-to bowler for India in the World Cup.
