There were quite a few notable omissions in West Indies' World Cup squad. As expected, Jason Holder will lead the side and Chris Gayle will be playing in his fifth and last World Cup.
Devendra Bishoo, Keemo Paul, and Alzarri Joseph have been left out of the side. There are also no places for Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine and Dwayne Bravo. Gayle will open the batting with Evin Lewis.
