#6 Khaleel Ahmed

The left-arm fast bowler who nearly got a World Cup ticket to England, Khaleel Ahmed should be given ample opportunities to prove himself as India don't really have rich reserves of left-arm fast bowlers. While the pitches in the West Indies are expected to be slow, Ahmad could be very useful with his cutters.

With India lacking the left-arm fast bowling dimension in their team, this man has to be selected and I think he is definitely going to be in the team.

#5 Sanju Samson

As the recent reports have suggested, MS Dhoni is likely to be rested for the West Indies tour and with age on the wrong side of Dinesh Karthik, there is a huge chance that Samson could be considered as the backup wicket-keeper batsman to Rishabh Pant.

Samson had a wonderful IPL for Rajasthan Royals and it is safe to say that he is one of the rising stars as far as wicket-keeper batsmen are concerned. So, expect Samson to be at least considered for selection especially in the T20 series.
