Yuzvendra Chahal: 9.5/10

Yuzvendra Chahal was without a doubt the best bowler in the series. Chahal did not get to bowl in the first match, but made the most of his opportunity in the remaining matches. He picked up 6 wickets in the series, with 3 wickets each in both matches. He broke the back of the middle-order batting in the decider, where at one stage Sri Lanka were cruising to a big score.

Jasprit Bumrah: 6/10

Bumrah had a decent outing in the series picking up 4 wickets in 3 matches. The no-ball came back to haunt Bumrah in the first match, where he had picked the scalp of Tharanga. Going into next series against South Africa, he would like to rectify the no-ball dilemma and take plenty of wickets.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar: 5/10

Bhuvneshwar was far from his best in this series, after coming off the break in the two last Test matches against Sri Lanka. Overall he picked up 3 wickets in 3 matches, and would like to step up in the next series in South Africa, where seam bowling would be more effective.
