Indian cricketers congratulate India on winning the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup
Former and current Indian cricketers took to Twitter to celebrate India's victory at Ahmedabad.
India is a country that is known for its passion for cricket. But that is not the only sport that is popular in India. Any time, a major tournament comes around, the entire nation comes together to support the Indian team, whether it is in the Olympics, cricket or Kabaddi.
So it was no surprise to see that several members of the current and past Indian cricket team were enjoying the action that unfolded in Ahmedabad as India won the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup by beating Iran in the final.
India may have lost the second ODI to New Zealand and have the third ODI coming up on Sunday at Mohali but that didn’t stop several past and current cricketers from showing their support for the Kabaddi team and congratulating them after their historic win in the final.
Here is how the Indian cricketers congratulated the national Kabaddi team on winning the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup.
Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh:
Virender Sehwag was his usual witty self:
Suresh Raina may not have recovered from his viral fever but that didn't stop him from supporting India
