The Karnataka Premier League (KPL) is a domestic T20 competition organized by the Karnataka State Cricket Association. Top players from Karnataka including some international players participate in the competition that goes on for less than a month. The tournament is scheduled to begin on 16 August 2019 with the Final being held on 1 September 2019.
There are seven teams participating in the tournament namely Bengaluru Blasters, Mysuru Warriors, Hubli Tigers, Shivamogga Lions, Ballari Tuskers, Belagavi Panthers and Bijapur Bulls. All the teams have picked 18 players in their squad for KPL 2019.
