Wicketkeepers
There should be no doubts over India's wicketkeeper in the World Cup as former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is still the favourite for that role in spite of having a pale patch with the bat. He is expected to bat at number 5 in the XI.
India, in all likelihood, will pick a back-up wicketkeeper for the World Cup and the names who could double up as a back-up wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant. Unfortunately, only one can make the cut to the final squad but both are certain to feature in the probables squad.
Who could make it to the probables: MS Dhoni, Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant.
