Mohammad Azharuddin, a former Indian captain is the only player in the history of Test cricket to score a century in each of his first three Tests. All those centuries were against England in 1984/85 home series (110 in Kolkata, 105 in Chennai, and 122 in Kanpur). He is also known as one of the most successful Indian captain of all time, winning 103 ODI matches and 14 Tests.
