The Vidarbha Women’s Pro T20 League 2025 season will commence from Tuesday, June 10. The inaugural edition of the women’s tournament, set to be launched five days after the men’s kick-off, will be a three-team affair and will be organized in a tri-series T20 format.
The three competing teams are Nagpur Titans Women, Orange Tigresses Women and NECO Master Blaster Women. Each team will face each other once in a round-robin format, and the top two sides at the end of the three-match opening round will be eligible to qualify for the final on June 15, i.e., after a gap of three days from the final league fixture.
Nagpur Titans will be headlined by Indian middle-order batter Mona Meshram, with Ayushi Thakre serving as her deputy. Meshram previously played 26 ODIs and 11 T20I matches for the Indian women’s team between the years 2012 and 2019.

Vidarbha cricketer and RCB star Disha Kasat will be leading the Orange Tigresses Women’s team alongside vice-captain and fellow RCB alumni Komal Zanzad. The NECO Master Blaster Women’s team, on the other hand, will be captained by Gujarat Giants player and Vidarbha middle-order batter Bharti Fulmali. She will be assisted by Ridhi Naik.
The tournament, organized by the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA), will be entirely hosted by the iconic Vidarbha Cricket Association Ground in Nagpur. In a bid to create hype and anticipation around both men’s and women’s T20 competitions, the VCA has appointed former Indian women’s pacer Jhulan Goswami and men’s fast bowler Umesh Yadav as official brand ambassadors of the tournament.
Each of the three opening round fixtures will have a start time of 9:15 AM IST in the morning. The final, however, will start from 2:30 PM IST on Sunday, June 15.
