The only ways a batsman can get out on a no ball is a run out, handling the ball, or obstructing the field. The chances of it happening are quite rare. But in the 2010 Asia Cup final, Ravindra Jadeja bowled a no ball and the Sri Lankan batsman Thilina Kandamby got run out looking for a quick single which his partner Chamara Kapugedera refused.
