This is probably the least effort a batsman has ever made to get six runs! The batsman sweeps, and the ball hits the keeper’s helmet behind him, and 5 penalty runs are awarded.

Note: If a run is completed before the ball hits the helmet, then the 1 + 5 penalty runs will count.
