What's the story?

Indian cricket team recently created history after winning the maiden Test series in Australia. The Men-in-Blue though failed to maintain the rhythm as they were defeated by 34 runs in the first ODI by Aussies in Sydney on Saturday. The hosts got off to a horrible start, losing three wickets on the score 4 runs.

However, opener, Rohit Sharma later came to rescue, scoring a brilliant 133-run knock with the help of ten fours and six sixes. The Mumbai-born cricketer played some beautiful shots all-around the park though lastly couldn't help his team cross the line.

Meanwhile, Rohit was later on seen trying his hand at floss dance in a video posted by BCCI on their official Twitter handle.

Rohit Sharma has been in exceptional form in limited-overs cricket for India. Over past twelve months, the stalwart has scored runs at the top on a consistent basis. With over 1000 ODI and 590 T20I runs in 2018, he finished as second highest run-getter in both the formats.

The Mumbaikar made sure to start 2019 on a high note as he smashed a swashbuckling knock at Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday.

The 'floss', a dance move has become an internet sensation and most of the celebrities are trying their hand to perform it. Recently, Indian opener, Rohit Sharma was also spotted trying to learn this dance. In a video posted by BCCI, a young girl was witnessed teaching these moves to the 31-year-old.

What's next?

India went down by 1-0 in the three-match series on Sydney and the second match is scheduled for Tuesday at Adelaide. The Kohli-led side could still go ahead in the series if they managed to pull off a comeback in the next match.
