In the presence of several Indian cricket team players and close family members, Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh married actress Hazel Keech on Wednesday in Punjab. The much-publicised wedding that has been in the news for a long time finally took place in front of a select gathering.
One of India’s most successful all-rounders, Yuvraj was all decked up in a red sherwani, sporting a beard with a red turban and ‘Sehraa’ for the ceremony while Hazel wore a heavily embroidered Lehenga. There was plenty of fun and frolic at the wedding celebration which was in accordance with Sikh tradition and took place at the gurdwara in Dufera village in Fatehgarh Sahib village in Punjab.

While his mother, Shabnam Singh was present, his father and former cricketer Yograj Sing didn’t attend the ceremony at the gurdwara as he is opposed to it for being solemnised by a ‘dera’ leader. Yograj did however attend another function at a hotel on Tuesday evening.
Unsurprisingly, the wedding of one of cricket’s finest all-rounders drew plenty of attention with several current and former Indian cricketers tweeting their wishes to the married couple.
