His immaculate line and length tested the skills of the best batting line-ups in the tournament. Bumrah finished with a splendid bowling average of 20.61, along with a miserly economy rate of 4.41.

Bumrah bowled a total of nine maiden overs all through the tournament, highlighting his efficiency against some of the best in the business.
