The official WWE 2K twitter page held a Q&A session with fans regarding the next gen console editions of the game. It now seems the PS4 and Xbox One editions have some limitations too. The spotlight being you can create only 25 wrestlers in the PS4/Xbox One versions of WWE 2K15 compared to 100 CAW slots in PS3/Xbox 360 versions.
The reason behind this reduced number of slots is that the next gen consoles are graphically superior than the other consoles. 2K also said that they are planning to increase the number in the near future. There was also another news that only 6 wrestlers can be in the ring at the same time for PS4/Xbox One versions. Again the reason behind this was to maximize the graphics for the game and by trying to add more wrestlers in the ring, the visuals had to be downgraded.
WWE 2K15 releases for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 18 and November 21 worldwide.
