All Genshin Impact 5.7 events

Genshin Impact 5.7 is all set to go live on June 18, 2025. The new version will bring with itself a plethora of fresh content for players — starting from characters and banners to new Archon Quests and events. As announced during the Genshin Impact 5.7 livestream, there will be a total of five events that players will be able to participate in in the upcoming patch.

All new events in Genshin Impact 5.7

1) Battle of Imagined Arrays

Battle of Imagined Arrays is the flagship event of Genshin Impact 5.7. This is a simulated adventure event will take place in Sumeru. Players will need to form teams by selecting "Companion Pieces", and then use these teams to fight against opponents in board-game style combat challenges.

Battle of Imagined Arrays is divided into two types of challenges, which are "Fruit Supplement Survey", and "Companion Caper Chronicles". In Fruit Supplement Survey, players can take part in a match-the-fruit board game to gain additional enhancements and buffs for your teams.

In Companion Caper Chronicles, you will need to pick either the "Forest Route", or the "Desert Route", and play through its various challenges to the end. Each route has its separate story, challenge settings, and combat difficulties. There will also be several random encounters and events that will take place as you advance through the challenges.

2) Fearsome Ferocious Firepower

The Fearsome Ferocious Firepower event in Genshin Impact 5.7 is a shooting game that requires you to control a cannon and clear out incoming enemies. Several types of cannonballs will be available during the challenges, which you will need to use strategically in order to defeat the enemies on the field. There will be a fixed number of enemy waves, and clearing them all out will net you a win.

3) Reminiscent Regimen: Frenzy

Reminiscent Regimen: Frenzy is a co-op combat event that will be available in Genshin Impact 5.7. In this event, you will team up with three other players and take part in combat challenges. These challenges will have three separate phases, with each phase having unique objectives that you will need to fulfill. Completing these challenges will provide buffs to the entire team.

Additionally, elements and weapons that have an advantage/disadvantage will also be displayed prior to picking out teams, so that you can pick the right character for each phase.

4) Traveler's Tales: Gilded Chapter

This event is a sequel to the Traveler's Tales: Anthology Chapter that took place in Genshin Impact 5.4. Similar to that event, you will be able to meet playable characters in the overworld, and interact with them. Doing so will provide "Anecdotes", which you can exchange for rewards such as Primogems, Hero's Wits, etc.

5) Stygian Onslaught

Stygian Onslaught is a permanent event that will be added in Genshin Impact 5.7. Stygian Onslaught is basically an endgame combat gameplay mode, wherein players can choose their difficulty levels and take part in combat challenges with formidable enemies. This event can be played in single player as well as in co-op mode.

6) Overflowing Abundance

Overflowing Abundance is a recurring event in Genshin Impact, in which you can claim double reward drops from Weapon and Talent ascension material domains.
