The qualified Street Fighter 6 players for the Esports World Cup 2024 will compete against each other for the top spot following the usual tournament format. Here’s a breakdown of each phase:

Phase 1

Matches will be held in eight groups of four players.
They will play a double-elimination bracket. This means runner-ups will get a second chance to qualify through a secondary bracket.
The first to three points will be the winner.
Only the top two players in each group will proceed to the next phase and the rest will be eliminated.

Phase 2

Again, eight groups of four players will play a double-elimination bracket.
The first player to score three points will become the match’s winner.
The top 2 players will be promoted to the second phase, while the rest will be eliminated.

Phase 3

Qualifying Street Fighter 6 players will play single elimination brackets, meaning no more second chances.
Winners will be decided based on a first-to-score five format.
