The developer has addressed the issue in an official post and has apologized for the inconvenience caused. The studio mentioned it was working on a fix to resolve the issue.
Per the official post, restarting the game after an hour of logging in should fix the problem. Here's what the developer said:
"Good news is we already have a fix running, which can automatically resolve this issue. It can take up to 1 hour to resolve lost progress since you first connect to Asphalt Legends Unite, but restarting your game once the time has passed should allow you to recover all your progress once more."
Moreover, the developer has also mentioned that it will be working to provide a permanent fix to the issue as soon as possible.
Gameloft announces delay in Asphalt Legends Unite's launch on Nintendo Switch
The Nintendo Switch version of this game has been announced as delayed. This development came a day before the title's release on that platform, on July 16, 2024.
This put a sudden stop to the community's preparations for the launch. While the official notice did not disclose any particular reason for this delay, Gameloft mentioned that it would be working with Nintendo Switch to bring the game to the console as soon as possible.
