The International 2019 was an exhilarating ride in the world of Dota 2. The teams participating showed some great display of Dota and clever use of new strategies to win games.

Although there were a lot of different heroes picked in the greatest tournament of Dota 2, some heroes were picked more frequently and had an incredible success rate. These heroes are generally good in the game at the moment and will most likely be nerfed once a major patch arrives in the future.

This is the best time to play these heroes if one wants to increase their MMR or straight out stomp in pub games. We will list down all the heroes which one can play to win more games before they get nerfed.

#5 Alchemist

The hero Alchemist was picked seven times in the tournament. It had five wins, putting its win rate to a wooping 71%, which is pretty high considering it is professional level Dota 2.

Alchemist’s farming is boosted by a third skill and the hero has its first ability to efficiently farm creeps waves and jungle camps. The hero can easily be played as a mid or safe lane carry, and just needs a lot of camps stacked to farm an early Radiance.

Once the early set of items are ready on Alchemist, it can easily snowball in the game. Previously, Alchemist was never too strong in the early stages of the game but in the current patch, the hero has great talents like '-7s Unstable Concoction Cooldown' at level 10, +50 damage at level 15 which helps him from semi-early to mid game to get farmed and be in important team fights. Alchemist can gain a lot of attack speed and 30% spell damage amplification.

#4 Faceless Void

Faceless Void was picked 13 times in the competition. It had nine wins and a win rate of 69%. The hero is extremely good in the current meta, and has a great way to escape and sustain both in the early to late game through Timewalk.

The hero has an amazing third passive skill which provides him with bash chances, giving the hero a natural lockdown apart from his ultimate which is one of the strongest ultimate abilities of the game. The real features which make Void so annoying and hard to deal with are his bash chances of the third skill and the great talents he has to scale in the late game.

#3 Enchantress

This hero was so obnoxious in the tournament and was one of the most banned heroes along with Alchemist. It was picked 12 times in the main event and won seven games, finishing with a win rate of 58%.

Enchantress was buffed quite a few times before the TI, the hero has incredible lane sustaince and creates a lot of space for other cores in the team. Enchantress has a 170 mana cost third skill which basically heals her up like a full salve in the laning stage. The skill decreases in mana as you level it up and coupled with untouchable, she becomes extremely hard to kill in the lane.

#2 Gyrocopter

Gyrocopter was picked in a total of 12 games out which the hero won seven matches and had a win rate of 58%. Gyro is one of the most balanced carries of the patch and can play both as a mid-laner or in the safe lane depending on the situation.

The hero has great damage on isolated targets with his first skill and has good farming patterns with a third skill. Additionally, the character also has very low cooldown abilities which makes for a very team fight oriented hero. Gyro also has great talents which synergize well with the hero and makes it look ever better.

#1 Tiny

Tiny was a menace to play against and it was very evident from the tournament. The hero can be played in multiple different roles making it extremely difficult for the opponent to draft. Tiny was picked 23 times in the tournament and won three of those games, with a win rate of 57%.

The hero is insanely good for creating space and dishing out tons of burst damage. Unlike before, Tiny scales pretty well in the late game with his amazing talents and Aghanim's Scepter pickup.
